A primary residence designed for contemporary comfort
The renovation was both aesthetic and technical, with careful attention paid to preserving the apartment’s original architectural elements. The historic French herringbone parquet flooring was meticulously restored. In the hallways and bedrooms, new flooring made from authentic period wood was installed to ensure architectural coherence. Damaged mouldings and cornices were restored, and new ones were crafted in accordance with traditional Haussmannian style principles.
All electrical, plumbing, and heating systems were replaced. Underfloor heating and modern amenities were added to ensure everyday comfort.
Bespoke kitchen designed and built by the studio
Wronska-Boutet Studio designed the kitchen and all built-in cabinetry — from technical drawings to final installation — in collaboration with local artisans, including cabinetmakers, stonemasons, and fine woodworkers.
This tailor-made approach ensures aesthetic harmony, maximum functionality, and flawless execution. As the heart of the apartment, the kitchen embodies elegant design, ergonomics, and everyday practicality.
Noble materials that elevate the space
The prestigious setting is enhanced by high-quality materials: rare marbles in the kitchen and bathrooms, gilded fixtures, and luxurious woods such as walnut.
Every detail was carefully selected to bring elegance, warmth, and durability to the interior — all finished with artisan techniques and exclusive craftsmanship.
An interior inspired by 1950s–60s art and design
The design draws inspiration from the artistic spirit of the 1950s and 60s, evoking the works of Picasso and Pierre Chapo. The space features original ceramic pieces from that era — including works by Capron, Maunier, Massier, and Picault — giving the home a refined, vibrant, and timeless character. The result is a perfect balance between classical heritage and bold modern design.
